What we do with your details
This page describes what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written plainly on purpose.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or request a consultation, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to type in the message field: your business name, phone number, the services you tick, your preferred budget or engagement size, and the description of your project. If you book a consultation, we also record the date and time slot you selected.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not collect information through third-party analytics or marketing pixels.
Why we collect it
The only purpose is to respond to you. We use the details to reply to your enquiry, to follow up about the work you asked about, and to keep a record of what was discussed so the conversation is not lost.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to run the conversation and meet any legal or accounting obligations, and then deleted. If you ask us to remove your details, we will do so.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our own database, accessed only by the people working on your enquiry. The data is held on servers operated by our infrastructure provider.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Getting in touch
Use the contact form to raise any question about your data, or reach us on WhatsApp. We reply within one business day.
This page is a plain-language summary of how we handle enquiry data. It is not a legal document.
