The terms of working with us
These terms cover using this website and the work we agree to do. They are written to be read, not to be survived. Where a clause still needs a detail we have not confirmed, it is marked rather than filled in with a guess.
1. About these terms
By using this website or working with LEGAVOXX you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site and do not proceed with an enquiry.
These terms apply to the contracting entity, which has not yet been confirmed and is marked as an open point below. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance until we have both agreed a scope in writing.
2. What we do, and how it is quoted
We provide digital marketing, advertising, website and content services, listed on our services page. We do not publish fixed prices. Every engagement is quoted to your scope, and a quote is only a quote until it is accepted in writing.
Where a scope, deliverable or timeline is important to you, ask for it in writing before work begins. A conversation that is not written down is not a commitment, and we would rather set that expectation early than argue about it later.
3. Enquiries and bookings
When you submit an enquiry, we use the details you provide to reply to you. How those details are handled is set out in the privacy notice.
A consultation booking is a request for a time, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm by replying within one business day, and the appointment is confirmed when you receive that reply. Until then, the slot is not held.
4. Your use of this site
You may read, browse and share this site freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us first, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, or use it to send unsolicited commercial communications.
The site, its design, its copy and the 3D work on the homepage remain our property. You may quote and link to it with attribution.
5. What we need from you
Good work depends on timely input. If a project needs access to your accounts, your analytics, your existing content or your brand assets, we will say so up front and we will need them to arrive by an agreed date.
Where a delay is caused by something waiting on your side, timelines move accordingly, and we will say so rather than let a deadline pass quietly.
6. Changes to scope, and extra work
If the scope of an engagement changes materially, we will raise it with you, explain the effect on cost and timing, and agree the change before we carry it out. We do not bill for work nobody agreed to.
If you ask for something outside the agreed scope and we carry it out, we will quote for it as additional work.
7. Payment
Payment terms: the schedule, the method, any deposit, and the applicable taxes: are set out in the proposal or statement of work for each engagement, and those terms take precedence over anything general written here. The standard payment schedule and currency have not been confirmed and are an open point.
Work that has been delivered and approved is not refundable. Where you cancel part-way through, we will bill for the work completed up to that point, and we will show you what that covers.
8. Ownership of work
On full payment, you own the work we produced for you: the designs, code, copy and campaign assets created specifically for your engagement.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, internal processes and any general know-how we bring to the work. Where we use third-party tools, fonts, stock footage or platform services in the deliverables, their own licensing terms apply to them and may limit how the work can be used or transferred. We will tell you when that is the case rather than let you find out at handover.
9. Confidentiality
We will keep your business information, accounts and unpublished material confidential, and we will not disclose it to others without your permission, except where we are legally required to.
The same applies in reverse. Where you share our pricing structure, our methods or this site, please keep it to yourself and to your own project team.
10. Third-party platforms and results
Most of what we do happens on platforms we do not control: Meta, Google, TikTok, hosting providers and the like. We work to the best of our ability and with the tools available at the time, but we cannot guarantee a specific result, a specific ranking, a specific lead volume or a specific return, and no figure we discuss should be read as a promise.
Advertising and search platforms change their rules, pricing and algorithms without notice, and campaigns can be restricted or rejected for reasons outside our control. If that happens, we will tell you and we will work on the alternative.
11. Your content and permissions
You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you send us, and you give us the permission to use it for the purpose of the engagement: including, where the work requires it, reproducing it in the published campaign or on the site we build for you.
You keep your right to withdraw that permission at any time, though work already published or delivered cannot be retroactively un-published by us.
12. Our liability
We are responsible for doing the work with reasonable skill and care, and for correcting mistakes we make. The liability cap, and the exclusions from it, have not been agreed and are an open point. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss : lost profit, lost opportunity, lost data, or damage to a third party's account or reputation: arising from our reliance on information you gave us, or from a platform change we could not have anticipated.
13. Ending an engagement
Either of us can end an engagement. We would much rather agree it directly than let it drift, so please talk to us early if something is not working.
Where you end an engagement, you pay for the work completed and committed to up to that point. We will hand over what has been produced, and we will hand over access to anything that was set up in your name: advertising accounts, hosting, analytics, and domains, so that nothing is left stranded.
14. Liability for site use
This site is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that every link will always work, or that the information on it is complete at every moment. We are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on it, or from your use of it in a way that breaks these terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction, which has not been confirmed and is an open point. Before going to court, we will both try to resolve the issue directly: most problems are a conversation, not a dispute, and we would rather have the conversation.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our work and our legal position change. The version that applies to an engagement is the one that was published when that engagement began. Material changes to the terms of an active engagement will be discussed with you before they take effect.
17. How to reach us
Questions about these terms can go to us on WhatsApp or by email at hello@legavoxx.com, or through the contact form. We reply within one business day.
Open points
The following details are genuinely unresolved. They are marked above rather than filled in, because a plausible guess in a legal document is a liability rather than a convenience. They need to be settled by the business together with a qualified lawyer before this page is relied on commercially.
- The registered legal entity that contracts with clients.
- The governing jurisdiction and the applicable courts.
- The standard payment schedule, deposit terms and currency.
- The liability cap and the exclusions from it.
- The registered business address and business email address.
This page is a plain-language summary of the terms that apply. It is not a legal document and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. See also our privacy notice.
